Every woman, birthing person and family is different. While my support is shaped and tailored to the unique needs of each person here are some example of packages I offer that I believe provides well rounded support for a postnatal family.

My Full Moon Package includes 6weeks of care:

£1500

  • 1 Session prenatally to discuss postpartum hopes and plans

  • week 1: I will see you for 5 mornings (3hours per morning)

  • week 2: I will see you for 4 mornings

  • week 3: I will see you for 3 mornings

  • week 4: I will see you for 2 mornings

  • week 5: I will see you for 1 morning

  • week 6: Full Moon ceremony

My Half Moon Package includes 4 weeks of care:

£900

  • 1 Session prenatally to discuss postpartum hopes and plans

  • week 1: I will see you for 3 mornings (3hrs per morning)

  • week 2: I will see you 3 mornings

  • week 3: I will see you 2 mornings

  • week 4: Full Moon ceremony

Hourly care:

£105

I offer an hourly rate of £35/hr with a minimum booking of 3 hours per visit.

    I will make sure you have everything in place to maximize your rest and recovery

    I will advise and provide warming, healing foods to support you

Hopes, Dreams & Fears

£80

A 3 hour session to facilitate the birthing person/couple's hopes and fears for the postpartum period. The session will help navigate and put a plan together for the postpartum period to ensure that they can put the boundaries they'd like to put in place in a way that they feel comfortable, as well as ensure they get the support they will need during this period.

mother blessing

£300

A mother blessing is an alternative to or accompanying a babyshower where the mother is the focus. The ceremony is a chance for the mother’s close ones to offer her encouragement and support through facilitated sharings and activities. Women often feel the mother blessing is a kin to a nourishing Hen party where the expecting mother leaves feeling held and loved by those who attend.

According to Chinese tradition, the mother and new baby room in for a month being looked after by the “moon companion”. When the month is up they have a big celebration to welcome the mother and the new baby to the world. I would like to offer my tailored version of this celebration for mothers. It can be seen as an alternative to a christening and can happen one month postpartum as is tradition, or whenever suits. The ceremony includes facilitated activities and gently help the new mother enter into society again and feel the love that surrounds her and the new member of the family.
